My husband and I moved to Latah County, Idaho, from Seattle, Washington, in November 1996.  While he was eager to move to Idaho, I had some serious reservations. Those were soon put to rest when I fell in love with North Idaho and everything it has to offer.  The people, the sense of community, the wide open spaces, the personal freedoms.  We purchased acreage outside of Deary, Idaho, and established our small ranch fondly named "The Painted Puppy/Pony Ranch" (we have English Springer Spaniels and Quarterhorse Paints).

After much consideration and thought, I decided to become a REALTOR® and joined forces with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Associates.  I now have the privilege of helping others find their own perfect piece of Idaho.
